FVSHRM welcomes Todd Kuckkahn to speak on the topic of talent attraction and development. This presentation will provide the opportunity for you to reflect on your organization's strategies and how they can be improved to have a positive impact on the talent and organizational strategy of your company.
Culture eats vision. That must be the cornerstone of any talent attraction and retention strategy. Todd is on a mission to revolutionize corporate culture and leadership with his 5-step road map for a culture shift. Many look at talent attraction and talent retention as two separate strategies. They are actually two of the components of a 5-stage talent engagement cycle. It is a process beginning with the road map through recruiting your “alumni.” Todd will help you put these together and you will walk away with opportunities to impact talent at your workplace.
Todd Kuckkahn’s passion for leadership and growth earned him an independent speaker, coach, teacher, and trainer certification with The John Maxwell Team. Throughout his career, Todd has done countless presentations, workshops, and seminars at local, state, national and international conferences.
Todd is passionate about sharing his experience and knowledge in communication, leadership, personal growth, corporate culture, and non-profits. Todd is also a DISC certified consultant and writes for numerous publications, including an international publication. He has also been certified as a DEI trainer for diversity, equity, and inclusion through Empowered Living.
Todd’s professional work experiences include non-profits, education, government and small to large businesses. He has taught in four different college settings and three different high schools.
