Overview

With an aging workforce, many organizations are facing a reality of employees “retiring” at a rapid pace, many times with little to no notice causing pain relative to replacing key skills and knowledge. As the needs and desires of all generations transform the workplace, and with the growing need to compete for limited talent across all workplaces, organizations that provide resources and tools to help maturing employees adapt and transform their careers will have a competitive talent advantage. This session provides for a wholistic approach for an individual to test their readiness for and develop a plan for their final career chapter.  The process will help enable maturing individuals to plan their futures and overcome anxieties while helping their organizations address the impact of retirement initiatives on workforce and succession planning.
