Ignite the Burned Out While You Fire Up So You Don’t Burnout : How Leadership Inspires the Disengaged

Burnout is like a wildfire—spreading quickly and affecting everything in its path. Monster.com recently reported burnout having increased by 30% in the last few months, and it’s not slowing down any time soon. With 79% of the workforce burned out and even more stressed out, employees feel overwhelmed, unappreciated, and un-recognized, and employees consistently feel leaders need to better recognize burnout in their workforce. With having to juggle more things and in different ways, burnout and stress are at an all-time high, reducing performance, health, and motivation in HR professionals.

As the #1 expense to organizations, burnout is an organizational and leadership issue affecting morale and bottom-line results. Using her burnout research, Jessica shares how individuals can identify what leads to burnout, teams can stop stress from spreading to other work and life areas, and how leaders can ignite, motivate, and empower employees to build resilience, create a thriving culture, and tackle uncertainty and challenges without burnout.

Participants will:

·        Examine three pillars of Jessica's Burnout Break Through and Prevention Program to amp up yourself and your team

·        Identify and pinpoint your biggest “burnout moments” to prevent future stress and overwhelm to improve your health, mind, and team

·        Identity the top three ways to extinguish burnout in your workplace to build a stronger team and culture

·        Apply what organizations can do to decrease turnover while retaining and engaging top talent
