Overview

As an employer, you don’t want to miss the boat when new employee benefit offerings hit the market. You also don’t want to overlook those benefits that have been around for a while, such as telemedicine, that are newly of interest and importance. In this webinar, we will discuss trends in non-traditional employee benefit offerings, the pros and cons, and compliance considerations. Plus, we will review decision-making strategies to help employers sort through trending benefits options and help decide which, if any, to introduce to their organization.
