Proudly Serving the Fox Cities of Wisconsin
This program will focus on what role(s) human resource management should fill in the development and execution of a crisis response plan. The focus will be on both pre-crisis planning and responding to the unforeseen crisis. We will use how organizations responded to the COVID-19 crisis as an example.
Dale Feinauer has a PHD in Lanor and Human Resources. He has been a professor at UW Oshkosh for 36 years. He is active in the business community as a consultant/board member for hundreds of organizations. Dale has conducted thousands of training programs on 5 continents.
