Overview

This program will focus on what role(s) human resource management should fill in the development and execution of a crisis response plan.  The focus will be on both pre-crisis planning and responding to the unforeseen crisis.  We will use how organizations responded to the COVID-19 crisis as an example.

SPEAKER INFORMATION

Dale Feinauer has a PHD in Labor and Human Resources.  He has been a professor at UW Oshkosh for 36 years.  He is active in the business community as a consultant/board member for hundreds of organizations.  Dale has conducted thousands of training programs on 5 continents.

The program has been approved for 2 hours for SHRM continuing education credits.
