We are excited to partner with Fox Valley Technical College to bring you Alonzo Kelly!
Human beings resort to fight/flight in the face of conflict. This conflict is rooted in our perception of whether or not something is a threat to our "safety." This applies not only to external sources (animals, people, etc.), it also applies to our perception of leadership, and catch phrases like 'Diversity & Inclusion.' This full participatory presentation will introduce techniques that allow us to more quickly and safely identify, understand, and respond to Diversity/Equity terms and concepts that move us and our organizations forward.
During the second half of the presentation, Alonzo will walk us through how to create a business case to effectively convince your C-Suite to embrace diversity and inclusion and begin initiatives that ultimately impact your company's ability to recruit, retain, and make a difference to the bottom line.
