Proudly Serving the Fox Cities of Wisconsin
Many organizations are in a standoff between their veterans and younger workforce. How do you solve key generational issues so that your employees are working together for the good of the organization—rather than working against each other? Chad will help you dive deeper into common generational differences, teach you to engage across those gaps, and generate valuable ideas for positive change.
SPEAKER INFORMATION Chad Kopitzke is an Xer stuck between two of the largest generations in American history— Millennials on one side, Boomers on the other. Chad holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where he also served on staff with the Business Success Center, a consulting firm connecting university resources with business needs. His background also includes experience as an executive recruiter for a broad range of industries. Chad speaks frequently to business leaders, corporate teams and associations regarding generational issues in the workplace. He is available to speak to groups of any size, tailored to a variety of needs and environments.
