About the Speaker:
Jay Stephany has spent 18 years in the talent acquisition space working in both non-profit and for-profit industry. In Jay's current role as Manager of Talent Acquisition with Plexus, he is responsible for leading Plexus Neenah Operations Talent Acquisition team to develop talent acquisition strategies for candidate sourcing, recruitment and selection, campus relations, community partnerships, social media recruitment, and team development that will bring great talent to Plexus. Prior to Plexus, Jay was the Senior Seeker of Talent for 15 years at Goodwill NCW.
Justin Rank brings a diverse background in technical staffing environments as a Business Development & Recruitment Manager with AWI Engineering and is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead with Werner Electric Supply where Justin develops, leads and executes Werner's overall Talent Acquisition strategy, process, and metrics while driving continuous improvement efforts. Justin's role includes negotiating multi-discipline contracts, strategic planning, recruiter/sales training, and professional development.
