SPEAKER INFORMATION:
Thomas Schultz, PHR, SHRM-CP, manager – HR consulting at Schenck, has more than 20 years of experience as a human resources professional. He brings a broad blend of skills in areas such as leadership coaching, employee relations, benefits, training and development, change leadership and employment law. With an accreditation as a certified behavioral consultant, Thomas uses the DISC Personality profile instruments to better understand employees’ behaviors and motivations to create stronger teams. Thomas’ experience includes building human resource systems and structures that match the changing needs of businesses. He is adept at leading organizational talent and development strategies that tie to tangible business needs.       

Brad DeLeeuw, senior human resources consultant with Schenck, builds relationships with clients and advises businesses on a wide variety of human resources matters. He is skilled in creating company policies, recruiting, designing employee benefit plans, and facilitating employee training. Brad is also DISC certified and accredited as a certified behavioral consultant, allowing him to assist clients with using the DISC Personality profile instruments as a tool to better understand employees’ behaviors and motivations, recruit and retain top talent, and create stronger teams.

RECERTIFICATION CREDITS:
