Sharon Hulce, President of Employment Resource Group Inc. will share with us what she has observed and learned in 21 years of Executive search.  A proven thought leader in the talent industry, Sharon has transformed her own business to include engagement and retention strategies and will share what strategies companies have implemented who are doing this work well and also share what she has observed in companies that need to put an renewed emphasis on not just hiring great talent, but engaging and retaining that talent. 

The key learning within this session will be how to take your firm’s strategy and build a culture around that strategy utilizing values to define the right talent and retain them. 

SPEAKER INFORMATION:

Sharon Hulce is President/CEO of Employment Resource Group Inc. (ERG) and a 20-year veteran of the Executive Search industry.  Sharon is known in her industry as an innovation leader and works tirelessly on not only finding the right talent for her clients; she also works diligently on the empowerment and retention of that talent.  Sharon clearly understands the emotional intelligence, competencies, knowledge and social interaction necessary to integrate new hires into a corporate culture for success.

Pinnacle Talent, a division of ERG, provides consulting services in areas of values alignment, retention strategies, innovation summits for high performing and high potential employees, talent planning from strategic plan and succession planning. 

Sharon has served on numerous boards including:  Fox Valley Technical College, Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, Theda Clark Medical Foundation, YMCA of the Fox Valley and United Way.  She also has been involved in many national boards throughout the staffing industry and is a proud member of The Pinnacle Society, a consortium of the top 75 recruiters in the country.

Sharon is a frequent speaker at National conferences.  She has received many awards for her work, but is most excited about becoming a soon to be published author of "A Well Done Professional Mid-Life Crisis".
