Workforce Readiness

If you are looking to help provide some great insight into the education of your future workforce then this is the session for you.  Dale Hanson and Lee Allinger from the Appleton Area School District will spend the morning talking with our Chapter about how we are stakeholders in the future of education and help us understand the disconnect between education and the future needs of workers.

This session will focus strongly on best practices so HR professionals have good ideas on how to get more involved to shape the future of education, help us understand the current reality that schools face and that educational institutional change needs to increase its pace to keep abreast of employer needs.

Small group discussions will also be a part of the morning to generate ideas on how to get involved from HR perspective and identify those current gaps employers see in those entering the workforce, etc.
